Sugar Galaxies

UV inkjet print on dibond
41″ x 37.5″

Sugar Galaxies are photographic prints of sugar thrown into the air at night. Grains are momentarily fixed by a flash of light. Shifting forms take shape and inspire a variety of associations. As a molecule, the many variants of sugar make up a significant portion of our world, forming minuscule structures like DNA, and immense structures like plants and animals.
